Is it just me but his Kennedy really rambling, I'm having trouble following his speech?!
In listening to Kennedy and Leahy worry about spying on Americans (i.e., "Americans" in contact with Al Queda operatives), it's obvious that they are most passionate when arguing for the rights of America's enemies.
These people really do despise our country and its sovereignty.
It wasn't just you. His enunciation was better than usual, but the content was mostly goofy.
