Who is the biggest threat to cause Alito to slip up? Probably an ice storm hitting Washington during the hearings. Dems aren't going to lay a glove on him.

Hatch asking Alito about the Vanguard group and ethics.
Too bad Hatch doesn't mention that Ted Kennedy owns a small oil company and got legislation passed which gives tax breaks to small oil companies. Ethics are important for Democrats but not Republicans, I guess.
