They all do that... they make a 10min statement, then stare at him for a response.
If they begin to see where he is going and its not into their 'trap' they interrupt and reframe the question, or move on if they know they're beat.
Seriously... up and down the dems have done that all day.
The dems are such idiots... they cherry pick these cases, willingly admit they have no idea about the case is about or that they even looked at, yet somehow always gleam some statistic out of it that supports their case.
