Schumer is good..I think that Altio can handle it..though he'll be mentally tired..but how tough Chuckie is will give us an idea of the dems future plans.

I agree he is good - he knows the case law and is a skilled advocate. OTOH, his skill is in twisting facts and logic - Alito is more than his equal, I think, on mental faculty, and has truth and logic on his side. Count on Chuckie to give it all he has, regardless of his sense of the eventual outcome of the hearings and votes.
