This answer is pretty generic stuff.
Aack - there is an answer that I don't really like, that he finds privacy in the 14th amendment (or did he say liberty?) THis morning he said he found privacy in the 14th in answer to Specter, on the Griswold case. I have much less problem with finding privacy in the liberty clause of the Constitution - White's position in Griswold, IIRC.
That said, the sooner he's seated, the happier I'll be!
