I enjoyed DeWine's explaination of the Vangard case. It was two people against each other and Vangard was the mutual fund that each one wanted. Vangard just needed to know, who do we send the money to?
Based on the dems logic, any case related to the IRS would be in limbo since everyone would have to recuse him(her)self.
