Just sounded as if you wished for him to "not run away from Bork" and completely agree with him. That's a fine line to walk in these hearings.
I know, that's what bothers me about 'modern' nomination hearings. Alito saying he agreed with Bork would have been fine years ago before he was savaged by the Libs who then sold their PC bill of goods for the next twenty years or so.
But now, nominees must dance around the truth (or worse) to get the votes they need.
