These questions by Feingold are not appropriate.

I think this is a good place for these questions to come up. The DEMs are tipping their hand as to how they will atack the FISA/NSA issue, which isn't going to just disappear in any event. Alito is well prepared to answer appropriately. Liten to his answers, there are lots of lessons in these hearings - balancing, etc.

Feingold is playing directly to his base. He thinks (like the rest of them) that he's the smartest guy in the room.

Since Alito's answers are so great, they now seek to call him rehearsed. It is fun to watch them fail at every angle. If you look at Feingold, he is not even listening to Alito's answers, just prepping for his next attack.

Feingold, the so-called "moderate" Dim, is now showing his true colors. What a despicable little man he is!

As the Commies have always done, he points the finger, accusing the opposition (Alito) of his own (Dim) sins. Forgetting that when you point the finger at someone, their are four other fingers pointing back at you.

These Dims do not understand constancy, integrity, and truth, because these virtues are not, and have never been, a part of their mental or ethical construction.
