Not to mention stupid for instilling a sense of dread and second guessing an action based on your leaders reaction if wrong.

The normal people have ironicaly been "taught" to be normal using "instantaneous sanction" pedagogy. They correct themselves using such and once in control of others, they use the same pedagogy in very scary way, although they might not mean harm in some cases, as the law of intensity is meant to improve memory.
The anorexic "fem" (male or female) out there are also another type of "attrition teachers" which can be very vicious.
