Winston Churchill was once accused of undermining the traditions of the Royal Navy.
His response: "And what are those traditions? Rum, buggery, and the lash. Good day, gentlemen."
This guy sounds like he had . . . ahem . . . issues.

The first of five charges, which all date back to between February 1998 and July 1999, involves Lieutenant Ryan Ramsey, who claims the constant "tirades" made him physically sick when he had to begin his shift and led to his becoming withdrawn and losing weight. "You fag!"

Seven years after the fact?

Sounds like this Tarrant fellow is in over his head. He must be scared (bleep)less with the responsibility of his command and really needs to be relieved of his post.
