Vick is an athlete - so would not surprise me if he gets special treatment not available for the rest of us. The new governor, someone who has already spoken out in favor of assorted criminals, might keep the Gov. Wilder tradition alive and pardon Vick.
The sports pages of today's The Washington Times have an interesting timeline of Vick's legal problems.
Surprisingly, Kaine spoke out last week, asking the university to take some disciplinary action against him. Not quite sure whey he would get involved in it, but it was nice to see.
Mike is just as much of a thug as his little brother. He knowingly passed herpes and didn't care. Besides being a thug, he is probably the most overrated QB in the history of the game.

Snort. Like that'll help.
Is it okay to call him a thug yet?
;OP
I agree.
If a player has hep C...would they be allowed to play being that hepititis can be spread by blood?
Since the Denver Broncos were stupid enough to draft Clarett (who also had numerous injuries), they might pick Vick.
Yes thug is the new N-word on FR....
in case anyone was watching.....
Shouldn't be. Thug denotes behavior. N-word denotes an uncontrolled status.
But I think I remember that controversy.
yeah but you have seen how some members are using it....
they are essentially using it as one in the same.....
Chris Simms is 6'4".
How tall is Ron Mexico II? Michael Vick is 6'0".
But Vick didn't literally doo-doo on them like Mr Smoothe did (allegedly).
Well-said!
More details on the Vick case:
The young man told us that while the five of them were standing outside the McDonald's two of his friends started arguing. While they were arguing, Marcus Vick's girlfriend was coming out of the restaurant just as one of the teens was insulting the other.
Another of the teens said that the comments that were made were not being directed at Vick's girlfriend but she thought they were talking about her. But she told Vick the comments were directed at her.
The teens told us, "She told him that somebody had called her a bitch. She thought somebody was talking to her so she went back to the car and told him that somebody had called her a bitch. He got out of the car with a gun. He came over and said, 'Which one of y'all called my girlfriend a bitch?"
The teens were quick to assure Vick that they were not talking about her. "We were like, nobody called your girlfriend no bitch. He was like, 'Y'all sure? We were like, We're positive. And my cousin said, That's Marcus Vick! That's when he hopped in the car and pulled out real fast."
The teens say Vick flashed the gun at them for only a few seconds but they got a good look at it. One of the teens said it was black and looked like a .25 caliber pistol.
We were only able to speak to two of the teens named in the police report. The other three would not answer their doors when we visited their homes.
There's still no comment from the Vick household despite our attempts to speak with him at his house. Vick has been charged with three counts of pointing a gun. Those charges could lead to up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine for each charge if he is found guilty.
