only because they have not yet been in power for 50 years. Power corrupts. In the last 11 years the R' have started down that path and it looks like its full steam ahead.

What really p!ssed me off was that when ex-Marine Murtha was mouthing off and getting all the press coverage in the Lamestream Media, Sam Johnson (and others) made (an) incredibly outFReepingstanding speech(es) on the floor of the House which was (were) ignored by the same Lamestream Media!
And, while Murtha was the darling of the Lamestream Media, appearing on numerous TV shows with his Traitorous comments, Sam (and the other Patriots in Congress) was (were) virtually ignored.
The word "disgusting" hardly captures my thoughts on this particular subject!
Were there a way to disembowel the Lamestream Media, I'd be on it in a New York second!
Per Section 3 of Article III of the US Constitution: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Duke never waged war upon his country, and never gave aid and comfort to our enemies.
This does not negate the fact that he screwed the pooch, big time, and harmed his party in doing so.
We definitely have reached the "tipping point!"
