Does Potty parity mean when I go into a men's bathroom, there are cushioned chairs and vanities so I can sit and comb my hair?

Tell the truth... if there were cushioned chairs in the men's room, would you sit on them?

Actually ,a lot of men's rest rooms are cleaner than women's rest rooms.Not much to read though. )
