Exactly the question I wanted asked...although I know they have to be careful with making unfounded accusations. After all, we don't know that the NYT really got info from them; they could just be making stuff up, per their usual MO.

what I found so frustrating was the Feinstein kept referring to NEWSPAPERS as her source for her knowledge..which then leads to her point of view on the subject...
THAT is ridiculous...and if she can quote a newspaper, I was hoping that Brit would also do that with the FISA judges giving stories to those same newspapers..
