The party that caused these events is neither R nor D but something else.

Or there's less difference between R and D than most people think. Or, more to the point, the REAL culprit is the big, ugly, hungry beastly & behemoth FED, no matter whether R or D is in charge. The right hand hardly ever knows what the left hand is doing, and when it does, it thinks it's therefore infallible.

Somebody is using the instutitions for their own purposes. It's pretty safe to say that, isn't it? An eternal truth? But, who are they, and are they organized or do they just know each other by instinct?

Clearly, Federal Government departments such as the FBI are large and take on a life of their own.

That's why it becomes important to try and differentiate the behavior of various administrations and how they deal with these corrupt, big departments.

Clearly, the Clinton administration supported the jackbooted behavior of the FBI at Ruby Ridge.

They promoted the FBI guy in charge, they prosecuted Weaver and Harris and they tried to cover it all up when Kohe destroyed key after-incident report documents.

There is no evidence that the Bush administration ordered the FBI to act illegally by commanding them to shot on site. His fault was that he simply couldn't rein in the FBI. But if you remember back to August of 1992, you'd recall that Bush was trailing in the polls to Clinton and he seemed very apathetic.
