That is one of the aims--to hurt the schools. How are the vouchers being used by the dims to hurt the reps in your area?
Maybe I didn't say it right, but it was my democrat friends who are railing against vouchers and the harm they will do to the schools.
My point being that vouchers will make far more trouble for the reps than they will solve.
