Murtha might have been a good man while in the military, but he is now either senile or brainwashed.
He is trying to cover up the massive graft investigation that is going on against him. He is trying to evade criticism for his crimes by appearing to be "concerned" about America's welfare. He appears to be a self-serving pig. I hope is caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
