Based on the past RAT methodology, I wouldn't believe that there was a leaker. They are good at using their imagine to conjure up crap, and believe me this is crap. But if they have received classified information that is correct and came from this source, they have committed a very serious crime. Hanging would be too good.

I imagine there was a leaker, but I very much doubt it was anyone currently at NSA, CIA, or even DIA. Much more likely to be a Senator or CongressCritter of the Rat persuasion.
