It makes no sense to zot that comment. It's true. Typically, they're not. And maybe this indictment is bogus, but that doesn't make Delay a good man - he's a weaselly politician who rams through pork then claims there's no fat to cut.
America deserves better than "good men" like that.

To me, it's not the fact that Delay stepped down. It was the 'way' he stepped down.
