Most other hardcore volunteers I've met tend to be more conservative than the candidates. So, yes. When deserved!

I spent the *entire night* before the Nov 2004 election out putting up signs, for example. Then I spent election day being a "runner" bringing tear sheets from polling places back to the campaign HQ. How about you?

I wouldn't call it bashing though - I'd refer to it at calling them out on their liberal leaning actions.

I went to New Hampshire on the weekend before election day and knocked on dozens of homes asking them to vote for President Bush. However I never bashed the President in front of other people because it is self defeating.
