Does anyone under 45 actually like the Stones??

If they discover the good old tracks in their parents' collection.

I caught the Stones on their last tour. They were *really* good live, much better than I was expecting.

However, I'm thirty-something, and I was - by far - the youngest one in my section.

The only people younger than me were the kids (or maybe grandkids?) that some of the boomers brought.

Last decent album was Some Girls way back in 1978.

Makes sense [/sarcasm]. Crap on the people who made you worldwide stars. I doubt many 60+ folks would fight for a ticket to make asses out of themselves at a brief SuperBowl show--but what a coup it would have been if the Stones barred everyone under 50.

Every time I go to a Stones tour, there are still a lot of us who grew up with them. But I guess they don't want my money any more. So be it.

"He said: "You have to attend rehearsal and be able to stand for long stretches of time."

We went to see them 2x in Oct and stood for 2 hrs each time (you have to if you want to see anything) and we're over 50.

That was the last one of theirs that I bought.....but I didn't play it much.  Their older hits always had far more appeal to me, and I think that when most people think of the Stones' music, they tend to think of songs like "Jumpin' Jack Flash", "Brown Sugar", etc.  I never hear people talking about Stones music from the eighties til the present at all.

Can't stand the Stones.

Never could stand the Stones.

But Keith Richards is a hoot! How he does what he does after being dead for 20 years is beyond me.

If Mick has a costume malfunction, will anybody care?

Perhaps a Private Label mix of Red Bull, Vodka, heroin, cocaine, Prozac and barbiturates?  Just a guess.

Considering the Everest-sized ego that must be required in order for him to do what he does, and considering that people who have ego psychoses are oftentimes manifesting it in an effort to counteract a deficiency elsewhere, oftentimes of a sexual nature, one of course wonders whether if there was indeed a 'costume malfunction', whether there would be any tangible physical evidence of it that people would notice.........

And to answer your question, I believe that the only interest people would have upon seeing it (assuming any appreciable physical mass was involved) would be to laugh.....;.
