anger doesn't solve anything.
Since when did anger have anything to do with punishments? I'm rarely angry when I'm having to punish my son. In fact, most of the time, I'm trying my best to not crack up, but the behaviour being inappropriate, gets him punishment.
At least, he didn't spit out that fallacy "violence doesn't solve anything." Still, the judge an the rapist needs to be punished...
I know, in a fit of happiness, one could beat this rapist to death, over a 4 year period.

The victims family needs to beat the judge to within in an inch of his life.
Then apologize.
