Lets assume for the sake of discussion that ALL "orientations" are genetic (not that I think they are). In the case of homosexuality, bestiality and pedophilia there would be an obvious barrier to procreation, being that the object of desire is not capable of reproducing with the person.

Other kinks like S&M, foot fetishes and the ilk, that are directed at an adult person of the opposite sex would not inherently constitute a barrier to procreation, it's one step in a chain of activities.

As long as the end result is fertilization, the steps that get you there have no bearing on evolutionary pressures to remove a gene.

By your logic, all non-genital sexual contact is somehow a disadvantage to reproduction. Last time I checked, my wife preferred to kiss a little while first.
