Ah yes the vastly democrat party appointed SCOFLAW justices strike again.

2000 election redux.

If judicial elections are every four years in Florida, then how come these rogue judges have not been voted out yet? There have been two elections since 2000, surely a judicial election has come and gone since then.

If citizens are too lazy to research who they are voting for, then I am limited in my sympathy for them. Floridians get to vote for judges every four years- in my state, it is every 15 years. They have the ability to check the judiciary if only they will use it.

How is this ruling an incorrect interpretation of this clause in the FL Constitution?:

"No revenue of the state or any political subdivision or agency thereof shall ever be taken from the public treasury directly or indirectly in aid of any church, sect, or religious denomination or in aid of any sectarian institution."
