My first thought also, but I suspect that he has trouble getting certain photos on his computer since his wife caught him testing html using photos of swimsuit models.
During the Christmas Party at his house, I showed Mr. trooprally, for demonstration purposes only, how to post photos, using swimsuit models as examples. His wife may now have installed a filter that also blocks cat photos because of an alternate term for felines.
