I have seen reports that during WW II the U.S. undertook to intercept communications between Japanese agents and officials of Imperial Japan --WITHOUT ANY COURT SUPERVISION-- we even broke their codes without their permission. And now the same deal with these Al Quaida agents--will this 'illegal' spying never end?
