Looks like this guy followed protocol for whistleblowing in the NSA, he did not get the results he wanted and took it to far and they labeled him a loon......it might not be fair or it might be, but this has nothing to do with the story at hand about the leaks of classified info.
If this guy now decides to talk about classified info to the public he just might find himself in the same boat as the leaker.
He's beginning to sound like one of those guys who goes to the police station to "confess" to any and all crimes committed.
He's a serial leaker.
