. Tice has volunteered to testify before Congress about illegal black ops programs at the NSA.He cannot do that, can he? I mean, even if he was fired, he still cannot testify to classified stuff, can he?
I'll say it again: we're heading towards a "Frank Church" purge of the intelligence agencies.
And after all this leaking, I'm not sure it doesn't need to be done; this is most certainly a concerted effort by SOMEBODY to destroy Bush and the government.

He can do it, if the damned Dems allow it; I guess. But it really is NOT "legal".
Boy oh boy...do we ever need a "Frank Church" purge! It also looks as though we need another HUAC; this time for "leakers".

I'm reasonably certain that congress authorizes the black programs but only certain memeber with very high security clearances know what they are voting on. Likewise the intelligence committee has to have extremely high clearance. I can't imagine they would let him testify in public about anything classified. But who knows,.... this is a pretty weird environment up there

about illegal black ops programs at the NSA. Don't you just love the propaganda art. Guess they just figure if they use the Nazi style propaganda tactic of screaming their lies over and over and over, it will stick. Sickening that OUR side is too stupid to point out the LIE.
