I am stunned to think the DoJ knows who this guy is, and haven't arrested him! Actually, it is very rare that the Intel Community will ever prosecute a leak (a Spy yes, a Leak, no) If they prosecute then it confirms what he is saying is true. The whole motto of the Intel world is "confirm nothing, deny nothing". The mistake made here was Bush admitted to doing it. If he wasn't POTUS, he would have lost his security clearance for doing that.
