Thank you for posting this. This is a loss for our nation. We have a lot of managers in this country, we need more leaders.

I am hoping one of the benefits of our efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan will be the influx into our society of young (or not so young) men and women who understand what is important in life and who understand leadership, what it takes and what it means.
