The case to move Padilla to a civil authority. Have you not been reading the other comments posted here?

I have. I was under the impression that most of the comments were discussing the underlying cause of action, wehre the prevailing speculation is that the government will lose that case.

But I guess you follow FR commentary more closely than I do. At any rate, I'm glad I flagged you so you could clarify that you weren't referring to the underlying cause of action with your "Hotshot lawyers all over the place have been telling us this is illegal."

Ahem. Since I've been directly posted to regarding Judge Napalatano's comments regarding both this case today and the underlying case, I would say it's safe to assume I've been following "FR commentary more closely" than you do.
