So Pierce Brosnan would rather have a better environment (in Iraq,no less), but let the rape and murder of women and children continue and for men to be beaten and tortured and put in meat shredders. Okey doke.

I'll try to clean this up a little, but I read somewhere that Pierce Brosnan claimed to be aroused when he was doing a nude bedroom scene with Rene Russo in that "Thomas Crown Affair" remake. The story may be a tall tale but in his case probably just an inch or two.

The Irishman admitted he risked a backlash like other stars who have spoken out about Iraq. Make me gag! I think Pierce like so many of the other Hollywood crowd really overestimate their own importance. News flash you guys, it takes no courage to parrot the party line

Mr. Broslon,
Where the hell were you when your master, So-Dumb, was burning the oil fields and creating a REAL enviromental disaster?
Inquiring minds want to know. . . . .

Someone must have reminded him that he is not capable of shining the real James Bond's (forever Sean Connery) shoes. I only had to watch a part of his first attempt to realize he was a very pale shadow....regardless of the gimmicks.

The former Bond star said: "I have nothing against Republicans but this government has made decisions which we are to suffer the consequences of for a long, long time. "You want to have faith in your leaders but it's very hard to have faith in President George W Bush."Excuse me, Mr. Bond, but we voted for him, twice. If you dislike our President then you also must dislike the Republicans who voted for him.
He added in another interview: "Look at what he's done to the environment and this savage war that has started."
Nearly three years later, and the death toll on our side still hasn't matched Pearl Harbor, or the London Blitz. I shudder to imagine what might have been had his thoughts prevailed during that time.
The Irishman admitted he risked a backlash like other stars who have spoken out about Iraq. He told the New York Daily News: "You speak up as an actor and people will shoot you down hard and fast. "But you don't speak as an actor. You speak as a man, a working actor with a family."
This is my favorite. The guy is contradicting himself all over the place here. I doubt even John Kerry could keep up.

Hey!
Everyone!
(Makeup.)
Attention!
I need your attention!
(Is my mic on?)
Bush is savage!
Bush is killing the Earth!
Bush sucks!
(Coffee.)
I'm just saying this as an average Joe sixpack. Being an aging movie star has absolutely nothing to do with it.

This isn't the first time Pierce has run his mouth against Bush in a girly-man fashion. It reminds me of an episode of "Yes, Dear" in which Jimmy the movie studio guard wants to realize his lifelong goal of writing a song, so he writes one called "Things I Think About At Work." One of the lines is:
"Never met Pierce Brosnan, seems like he might be kind of a jerk,
These are things I think about at work."
I wonder if that episode was written by someone in Hollywood who had met Pierce Brosnan?

What we have here is another case of a man with little or no education who is an actor and nothing more. His total education you could put in a thimble and have room left over. For instance in 1973, his education became more formal when he enrolled at the Drama Centre of London and ended with this great achievement. Now that's education you need to be an expert in national and world affairs. Hollywood idiots should just keep their mouths shut. Amen.
