Baltimore, Md. (AP) - According to an attorney for a Baltimore police officer, authorities are investigating allegations that an officer freed an arrested woman in exchange for sex.
Police spokesman Donny Moses confirms that an internal investigation is underway at the department's southwestern district, but he won't give further details.
No charges were filed Tuesday. A spokesman for the state's attorney's office said prosecutors are reviewing the matter.
Attorney Warren Brown said an officer has been accused of having sex with the woman in a cubicle at a police station. But Brown says separate interviews given by three other officers "revealed that there's no way this could have happened."
Four officers are scheduled for a hearing Wednesday afternoon with police officials about the case.
The officers have been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.

Article doesn't state who complained...Hmmm.
