I'm no fan of USC. My point is that ND defeated no one in the top 25 and is over ranked. As to USC's schedule, ranked teams they defeated were Oregon, Notre Dame and UCLA. So USC's schedule was not that hard and I agree with you on that point.
ND wasn't ranked in the top 10 before the season started for good reason and they defeated no one during the season to earn a top 10 rating.

Notre Dame, may or may not be over ranked, but the BEAT USC except for a one-in-million bounce fumble...had that fumble stayed in bounds, USC would most likely NOT have played for the title this year.

The season is over, going into next season you dont think ND should be ranked in the top 10? Why should USC be stay at #2 when they are losing Lienart, Bush, LinDale White, Offensive line?
