Tonight, USC was out-coached. Not taking the FG the first time they went for it on fourth down, not punting at the end of the game, and taking the time out prior to the Texas two point conversion are just the obvious ones. USC defensive ends continually taking the outside track on the pass rush, which opend up holes for Vince was a bad move. Should have not penetrated so deep into the backfield, but shold have kept Vince in front of the pass rush to force him wide if he was going to leave the pocket.
Plus USC blew their time outs and totally mismanaged thier clock
Carroll should have put more pressure on Vince in the first three quarters.
