Can't have a 3 time winner, bad for the rateings.
Texas had ONE great player....the rest were okay at best. The crapy officating will keep the NCAA in the news for weeks=$$$$$$.
Pity for the USC team, the fix was in long before kick-off.
You sir are a moron
would you like some cheese for that whine?
Whining about the officials is about the only thing USC fans could POSSIBLY do to go SCREAMING past ND fans as the most obnoxious.
Keep going.
Must suck getting beat by one guy.
Geee...you guys suck worse than I thought. Now run along cry-baby/sore-loser.
No the zebra's didn't win it for Texas. USC lost the game in the first quarter with cocky Reggie Bush trying to lateral the ball and giving it to Texas, then USC going for it on forth down early in the game when they could have had a chip shot field goal, or calling their last time out before Texas' 2 point conversion.
Young's knee being down was a bad call, but it still would have been 1st and goal if they had called him down.
Did you bitch this much about the officiating after the Notre Dame game...or are you just being a BIG OLE HYPOCRITE? Yes or NO?
SHOE=OTHER FOOT=SUCKS
USC blew it by not reviewing the first Texas touchdown. Bad coaching decision by Carroll.
LOL - Texas has 3 all americans on their offensive line alone. You may not realize this, but Mack Brown along with Phip Fulmer is the best recruiter in the college game.
I give Fulmer the edge over just about anyone else becaue Tennessee doesn't have much in state talent like Texas, Florida and Georgia do, so he goes out nationally and is able to get recruit head to head against Texas and USC in their own states.
Texas is a very talented team.
If they had made the proper call with Vince Young's lateral, Texas would have had a lst down on the 10 yard line. A touchdown is very likely in that situation.
In the notre dame situation, if the officials had made the correct call, the game would have been over right then and there and USC would have lost.
What in the Hell are you talking about... all the media wanted USC to win again. Even the sports media hate Texas--it's Bush's homeland after all... everybody with a damn microphone or a byline wanted USC to win.
