The fact is we'll never know. You've made some excellent points and I've enjoyed discussing them. However, I do think there is an element out there ... I'm not really talking about anyone on this thread, so please, nobody take this as a flame ... that if someone came up with a scientifically verified photograph, beyond any reasonable doubt to the point of where it would stand up in every court in the land up to the USSC and even with a big dollop of his DNA on it, of Oswald actually pulling the trigger that day, they still wouldn't accept it.
I have always liked conspiracy theories, they are so interesting but most are nonsense. Most of the Kennedy murder ideas are also nonsensical, but I think in this case there probably really was a conspiracy.
The fact that Oswald's wife was the daughter of a high ranking KGB agent is so weird that it probably doesn't mean anything.
You are of course right that some would not believe it was not a conspiracy no matter what the evidence. I would guess there are those who would not accept it being a conspiracy no matter the evidence too.
I will admit it could have been Oswald acting alone, if so it was one strange event. I guess it was weird no matter how it happened.
You mean people like the ones on the OJ Simpson Jury.
This is, unfortunately, true. The crime is so big and the criminal is so small, that some minds just cannot comprehend the paradox.
