From a purely political point of view I think that Christianity is probably the best hope for avoiding all out world war. How to defeat Islam? It's weakness is that it is a religion, and therefore subject to religious conversions. Coulter had it right (though her famous comment was tongue in cheek.)

The only good thing about Islam is that it is pushing people towards us. People will increasingly want nothing to do with that 'religion'.

This sounds like an atheist. A real Christian would never say “blasphemous religions.” We believe in peace and live and let live. Muslims might say this, but Christians never.
