I've seen this same lead-in headline "Mexico Demands yada yada". Why don't Americans DEMAND that Mexico get off it's lazy backside and help us with the border problem? It just occurred to me that if the U.S. mail to Mexico could be scanned for financial instruments and we could suspend all personal electronic transfers to Mexico the immigration problem would be greatly diminished. Anyone got an opinion on this?
