your lack of factual knowledge re the steel industry here and when it began to collapse, is glaring. The massive amounts of strikes, escalating union demands, and (yes, here you are correct, but decades late ) ignoring updating, began in the late 1960s, but hit its stride in the 1960s.
Since you're against CAPITALISM, you really should consider moving to Cuba or perhaps even N.Korea..."worker's paradises" both. :-)
