When the deceptions are peeled away we discover that ''dogmatism'' refers to Christianity, ''mental rigidity'' refers to ''individualism,'' and ''uncertainty avoidance'' really means that Christians are resistant to the ''change-through-consensus'' process. Also known as The Delphi Technique.
Learned a lot with that information, posted it on my personal blog. I've been in those types of meetings and I wish I'd known more about manipulation by facilitators when I was younger.
