If you have the Windows 98 OS disk or CD, all you have to do is reboot your computer with the CD in, and it'll take you through the reformatting.

If you no longer have the Windows 98 operating system, you can easily buy one on ebay for around $40.

My advice for you is to upgrade to Windows XP Professional. You can also buy an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) disk for around $100 on ebay.

My advice for you is to upgrade to Windows XP Professional.

That might be pretty heavyweight for a machine that originally ran Win98.
