Unfortunately, you are correct. The media and the anti-Serb politicians did their job well. When NATO was bombing the Serbs, American people said, "Well, after all, they deserve it," and even well-known journalists said things like, "They haven't been bombed enough!"
I would love to ask these people face to face, "what in God's name have the Serbian people ever done to YOU for YOU to hate them so much, other than be our ally in two world wars?
