I'm partial to a drink made my Bartenders Cocktails. It's called "I'm bananas over you" made with cream, rum and banana flavor...but Champagne sounds good too :)
Hmmm. Chocolate covered banana fudgesickles with cold duck champagne, now there is a twist!
