Prudence must be used when distributing Mercy.
One must protect family and property. Considering that my subdivision does not allow outbuildings or a dog kennel, I would not want a trailer on the other side of my property line either.
Not everybody affected by the hurricanes are what you have been seeing on tv. Many of them are hard working people from the outlying areas who need somewhere to live temporarily while they rebuild.
