My sense was that this was one more celebrity who didn't know when enough was enough. Chalk it up with John Wayne's appearance at the 1979 Academy Awards - what Clark should have done was take a page from Johnny Carson's post Tonight Show years and just disappear from the tube. Oh well.

I totally disagree with you. I was glad to see Dick Clark again.. Give the man credit for doing his rehab and fighting back like he has.

His speech was very slow, and deliberate...but I give the man credit for being there. I can only imagine the struggles he has gone through to bring him to this point.

Don't be a jerk....your family members and friends could be fighting a stroke some day.
