I know the feeling. White guy with an MBA and mild Dyslexia. I had to take a government job, because Corporate America didn't want me (mix in the rural bias big city types possess). I can tell you in Washington, DC there is a bias against white in government work. I know I was passed over for projects even though most people knew I was one of the smartest people in the room. It really gives the feeling neither world wants me. I know there is bias in the classroom. My mother saw it my schooling. There are too many female teachers and they try to feminize boys.
