I hadn't heard about that, but would make sense: British intelligence is probably the best in the Free World in my opinion (leaving out the middle east from consideration, where the Mossad would be preeminent). In conversing about Golitsyn on Strategy Page, the (pretty knowlegeable) person I was talking to made a reference that indicated Golitsyn has passed on.

Found Cuba had been in Angola for 40 years, with up to 377,000 military there.
I know little about Angola, but now know a little more than I did.........
Found al-Qaida and training camps on Angola.
I got tired and did not go as far as I should have.

Ok, to laugh, my mind is a tired one.
First, the Chechnyn and Bosnia jihadi, are called "white jihadi", they were promised to us in the treats of a couple
years ago and now they will link Bosnia and Chechen jihad, in the same line as the "white Jihadi", Calpernia has far
more knowledge than I do.
We were promised a "white blue eyed jihadi, that we would not know".
Bosnia, Chechen, American or Russian, they all fit in the

Spetznaz, is there another spelling for this one? a year or
so ago, I got into google and found the diaries they had
written, lost the book mark that told of how they killed
Americans on the field and buried them to keep it quiet, as
per their orders.

Oops, one more, the Black Panthers from America escaped to
Cuba and live there still. From the reports that I saw, some have married the Cuban ladies.

As my memory serves me, most of the listening posts are now
being run by China in Cuba, or so the googles showed 2 years ago.
I had been told that I was wrong to fear Cuba and set out to prove that Cuba was dangerous, I used everything I could think of and scared myself silly.
My searches are the most basic of searches, type it in, and hit go. Several times I have put my granny google results up against the "advanced" searches. When fishing, my way finds millions, where an advanced finds exactly what you asked for and at times nothing..

A google in the past turned up many links to China's weapons on Cuba, and of course Russia's, try some of the names of the missiles that are now popular.
I have been watching South America, loved the photos of the Secret Service man breaking his captors fingers in the photos last year, they were on a thread here. Wasn't it Chile, that they local feds seperated Presiden Bush from his Secret Service men?
I Gave President Bush a lot of points for having the nerve

Another source of old news, that will flesh out a search is often found in Google Groups, they have posted the posts back to about 1990 now......of course some of it is garbage,
but at times you will find info, that hasn't come up before in the google searches.
Do run for office, or at least, write a few books, if you do, let me know, I am a shut in, who listens to talk radio, and will be happy to point out a few of the programs in the western states, that are interested in interviewing authors.
