Tice inherited a total disaster of a team built by current Arizona Cardinals genius Denny (racist) Green.
I think Tice should be given another season to make it or break it. They are improving as they divest of Green's crybaby projects.
Now, the only one left to get rid of is "bonehead" Culpepper.
