Good colombian (green) coffee sells for about $105 per quintal (100 lbs)

What a ripoff!

Besides, most of the gourmet coffees are french toast so they taste like burned wood. What's happening to the good ol' american roast?

Happy New Year Everybody!

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Would you pay $175 for a pound of coffee beans which had passed through the backside of a furry mammal in Indonesia?

no, but more relevant would the people of Reuters smoke a cigar given to them from a former President?

When I was living in Hawaii I was hooked on Kona Coffee – 100% Hawaiian Kona Coffee. Now all I can find in Virginia is a Kona/arabica blend.

$175 a pound for coffee? That's price gouging. I demand an investigation.

I love Kona coffee. My sister brought some 100% back from Hawaii for me and it was wonderful. You can get it, but it is pricey. Check out ebay.
